30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, email markleeliaozehui@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-returnable items
Opened paper rolls, used products, personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or required by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins.
