Processing time

KeepHi orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, or peak periods.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Email markleeliaozehui@gmail.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, and damage

Carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control. If tracking has not moved for several business days, or if a package arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where applicable.

International orders

When international shipping is offered, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless checkout states otherwise.
